Josh Nightingale: Debut EP

The portrait above is the complete portrait of Josh Nightingale, a 21 year old singer from Ipswich. Josh released a demo I See You not long ago (the link of which can be found on my blog homepage), and I was fortunate enough to be asked to design the album cover for it! This was already super exciting news, however it turns out Josh has a lot more in store for us!

The wonderfully talented Josh Nightingale is hoping to release his Debut EP soon, but in order to do this he needs to raise £3000! (that’s a lot of money, I know, but he’s 17% of the way there already!) He hopes to be recording in February, and has set himself a time limit of 30 days to raise the funds.

Being a musician has been my dream for as long as I can remember. It’s brought me through bitter, desperate lows but has also created the platform for great memories, and has been the centrepiece of some of the most precious friendships. The songs in this EP bring to light different experiences from the last few years and will be my first major release. I cannot wait to share these songs with you and the world, but to make that possible I need to raise £3,000. That’s where you can partner with me and help me out.

The last few years have seen my music take some major setbacks. 2 years ago I believed that my best days as a performer were behind me and that was the long term dream over. It’s been all of my friends and family around me that have picked me up and it’s been your support which has got me to where I am today.

Finance is the biggest risk for this project. In short without your backing the songs will all remain as demo tracks. I am so proud of these tracks and I hope you can join me in bringing them to life.

Josh has set up a kickstarter page, where you can find out more information on Josh, and on how to donate. He is offering some fantastic incentives, such as guitar lessons, a private gig, and I am offering three portraits as part of that too!

We are both incredibly excited, and already people have shown great support! So please be a part of Josh’s journey, no matter how small the contribution!

Thank you so much for taking the time to read!
